Job Scope:

  • Identifying new customers via networking, cold calling, and other lead generation techniques.  

  • Supervising the tasks of all the Sales Executive in the team.  

  • Handling problems and issues as and when they arise.  

  • Setting and meeting sales revenue targets.  

  • Maintaining a healthy relationship with the existing and new clients.  

  • Developing and planning various sales activities.  

  • Assisting Human Resource department in hiring new employees.

  • Professional certification as a Certified Sales Professional (CSP) will be mandatory.  

  • Good sales and negotiation skills.  

  • Ability to offer excellent customer service.  

  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills.  

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.  

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools  

  • Good organizational skills

    Retail Sales Officer  (4)

    Job Scope:

    We are looking for Retail Sales Officer to join our team and support our daily office procedures.
    Main duties include sales activities, from sales lead generation down to after sales services and building customer relationship.

    The position also performs assigned operational tasks based on the operational needs and requirements of the store assignment. The incumbent of the position, as assigned by the immediate superior, is expected to perform, but not limited to, highly skilled functions such ordering, encoding, and billing, direct selling, merchandiser and promotion, online inbound and outbound sales, sales monitoring and variance reporting and analysis, product launch, customer assist / service, complaint handling, and coordination.  

    The position is expected to be familiar on the services by the retail store’s operational functions such as cashiering, stocks inventory, variance monitoring, assembling, technician, merchandising, cleaning and sanitation as needs arises. 


    • Graduate of a four (4) year Business course, preferably in Marketing, Economics or Business Management 

    • At least two (2) year experience in Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Strategic Management and Business Development
    • Preferably, with Sales background

    • Able to multi-skill, cashiering, stock management, variance handling, customer handling, etc.
